Laboratory Manager Outreach Services
Overview
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm at 11801 SOUTH FWY Burleson Texas 76028 overseeing Laboratory Outreach services across diverse providers. This role drives strategic direction monitors budget performance and leads cross-functional initiatives to maximize growth and meet patient needs. You will collaborate with service lines and develop capital equipment requests while fostering a culture of respect and engagement. The position offers full-time day shift availability and comprehensive benefits.
What You'll Do11
- 1Assist with maintenance and updating of pricing laboratory test compendium client files and contracts
- 2Monitor budget performance formulate action plans for volume revenue and expense variances
- 3Provide strategic direction to maximize growth and resolve issues from patients physicians and employees
- 4Implement customer service initiatives aligned with organizational expectations
- 5Oversee Laboratory Outreach services including physician practices independent medical practices government agencies corporate clinics health fairs home care agencies and hospitals
- 6Collaborate with other service lines to establish successful service line operations
- 7Promote AdventHealth mission and vision while ensuring compliance with regulations and accrediting bodies
- 8Conduct activities with highest standards of professionalism integrity and strategic decision making
- 9Manage financial management reporting analysis operational and capital planning
- 10Lead teams foster productive environments and promote whole person well being resources mental health support pet benefits
- 11Travel as assigned to support outreach activities
Requirements10
- 1Knowledge of Laboratory Outreach operations trends client expectations and regulatory standards including DNV OSHA CAP CLIA
- 2Implementation of professionalism integrity and strategic decision making under pressure
- 3Understanding of financial management reporting analysis and operational planning
- 4Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to build effective teams
- 5Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking to all staff levels
- 6Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
- 7Strong organizational skills handling multiple priorities
- 8Bachelor degree field of study business or health science with 2+ years related experience required and 5+ years preferred
- 9Licenses and certifications such as driver's license clinical laboratory scientist or related credentials
- 10Physical requirements available upon request
