Overview
Own kitchen operations at El Tripletanga, a high-volume Houston restaurant. You'll prep ingredients, maintain station cleanliness, and support service flow across POS systems. What You'll Do7
- 1Prep ingredients by chopping, assembling, and portioning per recipe standards and food safety guidelines.
- 2Maintain kitchen stations by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste to meet health code compliance.
- 3Support bussing and cleaning to keep dining areas tidy and guest-ready.
- 4Lift and move 50+ lb supplies and equipment using safe techniques.
- 5Serve food and beverages promptly during service, ensuring accurate order delivery.
- 6Operate POS systems like Square for order entry and payment processing.
- 7Run food from kitchen to tables while upholding quality and presentation standards.
Requirements7
- 11+ year in restaurant food service preferred; training provided.
- 2Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations advantageous.
- 3Experience with kitchen cleaning, bussing, or basic prep beneficial.
- 4Capable of heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) safely.
- 5Strong communication skills for team coordination and guest interaction.
