Kitchen Manager - Texas Roadhouse Management LLC

We seek a proactive Kitchen Manager to lead Back of House operations at Bubba’s 33. You will oversee food preparation ensure recipe compliance and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. This role offers a dynamic environment with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.
What You'll Do11
- 1Supervise and oversee food production consistent with recipes and procedures
- 2Enforce employment policies and maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
- 3Direct productivity to monitor efficient food ticket times
- 4Manage performance of Back of House employees through evaluations coaching and discipline
- 5Assist with employee development by providing daily feedback during one-on-ones
- 6Conduct formal line Taste & Temp checks as part of inventory and safety oversight
- 7Oversee proper handling maintenance and storage of all kitchen items
- 8Understand and practice safe food handling procedures
- 9Manage food costs track waste and control kitchen labor costs
- 10Direct scheduling and task assignment for Back of House staff
- 11Train employees on equipment maintenance and cleaning protocols
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams in hospitality environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential valued
- 55+ years experience with AWS infrastructure
- 6AWS Certified professional
- 710+ years managing large restaurant back-of-house departments
- 8Lean Six Sigma methodology knowledge
- 9OSHA compliance training
- 10Food Safety manager certification
