Overview

Lead dynamic, themed classes for kids ages 3-12 at schools and daycares across Phoenix. You’ll follow a structured curriculum while adding your own energy to ensure engaging sessions that build sports and fitness skills. You’ll create a safe, motivating environment and prepare lesson plans in advance. This role blends coaching, fun, and growth within a supportive team.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Design and deliver engaging Karate and KZ Martial Arts sessions that drive participation and skill development
  • 2Follow a structured curriculum while adding your personal energy to make sessions fun and memorable
  • 3Maintain a safe, encouraging classroom environment and model positive behavior for kids
  • 4Prepare classes in advance by reviewing lesson plans and equipment needs
  • 5Lead mobile classes at partner schools and daycares in the Phoenix area
  • 6Collaborate with team members to improve the coaching program and share best practices
  • 7Maintain organized equipment and be punctual for all sessions
  • 8Communicate effectively with parents and school staff about progress and activities
  • 9Assist with onboarding new coaches and contribute to program growth
  • 10Support ongoing training and development opportunities to advance coaching skills
