- 5Communicate status updates via ServiceNow Case Management
- 6Collaborate with Tier III engineers for incident resolution
- 7Develop problem tickets after completing incidents
- 8Improve operational tools used by central teams
- 9Perform administrative duties for monitoring tools
- 10Upgrade and fix customer site hardware
- 11Drive smart hands initiatives and project work
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2CCNA or JNCIA certification
- 33-5 years of relevant experience
- 4Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 5ITIL framework knowledge
- 6Experience with AWS and Kubernetes
- 7Proficiency in React
- 85+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
