Java Full Stack Lead Developer, Java Spring Boot & React
Overview
Own and drive the design and delivery of enterprise digital applications at scale. Lead hands-on development across Java, Spring Boot, React, microservices, and cloud technologies in an Agile environment. Build and mentor a high performing team delivering robust, scalable software solutions. This role is onsite in Charlotte and operates within Value Technology’s technology leadership practice.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and lead cross functional teams to deliver Java full stack solutions
- 2Design and implement Java, Spring Boot, React based microservices architectures
- 3Drive architectural decisions and ensure robust cloud deployments across AWS or similar platforms
- 4Mentor engineers, establish best practices, and promote continuous improvement in an Agile environment
- 5Ship high quality code with a focus on performance, reliability, and security
- 6Scale applications to support growing user demand and data volumes
- 7Collaborate with product owners to translate business needs into technical roadmaps
- 8Lead code reviews, tests, and automation to ensure maintainable systems
- 9Own delivery milestones and align teams to meet project timelines
- 10Evaluate new technologies and bring innovative approaches to the team
Requirements9
- 112+ years of experience in software development with Java and full stack responsibilities
- 2Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and microservices architectures
- 3Hands on experience with cloud technologies and containerization using Kubernetes and related tools
- 4Proven experience leading and mentoring teams in an Agile environment
- 5Track record of delivering enterprise grade digital applications with scalable architectures
- 6Excellent communication and collaboration skills with product and business stakeholders
- 7Ability to design and implement secure, reliable, and high performing systems
- 8Experience with CI/CD, automation, and modern devops practices
- 9Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
