What You'll Do8
- 1Build and deploy RESTful APIs with Spring Boot and Java 17+, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- 2Design and manage API gateway solutions using Apigee, handling routing, security, and rate limiting.
- 3Migrate and maintain cloud services across AWS and Azure, leveraging native features and best practices.
- 4Optimize search and reporting capabilities with Elastic Search for large data sets.
- 5Integrate and manage relational data with MySQL and SQL, including schema optimization and query tuning.
- 6Write and execute unit tests with JUnit to guarantee code quality and regression coverage.
- 7Drive technical design reviews and contribute to architectural decisions for new features.
- 8Troubleshoot and resolve production issues by analyzing logs and metrics across the stack.
Requirements8
- 110+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 25+ years building RESTful APIs with Java and Spring Boot.
- 3Hands-on experience with API gateways, specifically Apigee or similar.
- 4Proven proficiency in cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure.
- 5Strong command of Elastic Search and its ecosystem.
- 6Expert-level SQL and relational database skills with MySQL.
- 7Experience writing unit tests using JUnit and integration testing frameworks.
- 8Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline.
