- 1Partner with Sales Associates and clients to understand style and vision
- 2Design inspiring spaces using premium furniture and décor
- 3Provide professional design consultations and layout planning
- 4Create cohesive looks combining comfort style and functionality
- 5Promote the La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program to draft solutions
- 6Present customized portfolios tailored to client requirements
- 7Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to capture client needs
- 8Lead sales teams with design expertise and insights
- 9Ensure operational excellence and adherence to brand standards
- 10Support store management with special projects and promotions
- 11Maintain cleanliness and uphold visual standards in store areas
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 22-3 years in sales or interior design with residential focus
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and CAD programs
- 4Valid driver’s license
- 5Ability to lift 50 pounds and operate motor vehicle
- 6Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 7Experience in client relationship building and retail environments
- 8Passion for home furnishings and design trends
- 9Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- 10Background and drug screening clearance
- 11Commitment to diversity and inclusion principles
Salary Insight
$70 - $100k per year
