Integrated Preschool Special Education Tutor - Boston MA
Overview
We seek a dedicated Special Education Tutor to provide individualized support within our Integrated Preschool program. The ideal candidate will own student progress while collaborating closely with educators to deliver tailored instruction. This role offers direct service opportunities in a supportive educational environment.
What You'll Do5
- 1Guide, supervise, and coordinate daily classroom activities as directed by the special education teacher and prepare lesson materials
- 2Present subject matter to students following IEP guidelines and develop strategies for diverse learning needs
- 3Assist with IEP accommodation implementation and modify classroom materials as needed
- 4Listen and communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents regarding student development
- 5Analyze student performance data to inform instructional adjustments and support growth
Requirements5
- 15+ years experience supporting students through Spark and Airflow platforms
- 23-5 seasons leading educational initiatives in collaborative settings
- 3Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- 4Proficiency with Python for data analysis and reporting
- 5Certified in specialized educational methodologies
Salary Insight
$67 - $83k per year
