What You'll Do8
- 1Set up and operate ceramic core injection molding machines and tooling
- 2Produce ceramic core shapes using injection molding process
- 3Perform detailed dimensional and visual inspections to verify product quality
- 4Execute core forging operations and ready cores for thermal processing
- 5Rotate between work areas including the Harrop zone
- 6Monitor machine performance and identify potential quality or equipment issues
- 7Follow standard work documentation and maintain a clean organized safe workspace
- 8Support production targets while adhering to 6S standards
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma GED or equivalent experience
- 23+ months manufacturing or production experience preferred
- 3Ability to communicate clearly in English
