Overview

You will own maintenance and repair of production equipment at Domino's Supply Chain Center in Hayward, CA, keeping a high-volume food manufacturing line running. You'll work with electrical, mechanical, PLC, and HVAC systems, diagnosing issues and implementing fixes. You'll report to the facility supervisor and coordinate with team members to minimize downtime. This role offers a $2,000 Join & Stay Bonus, competitive pay, and benefits on day one.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Inspect and test production machinery to identify malfunctions and perform repairs.
  • 2Troubleshoot and repair electrical devices such as transformers, relays, circuit breakers, starters, and safety and limit switches.
  • 3Install, program, and troubleshoot automated machinery and Programmable Logic Controllers.
  • 4Repair and maintain refrigeration and HVAC equipment to ensure optimal temperature control.
  • 5Service and repair material handling equipment to support warehouse operations.
  • 6Monitor the main electrical panel and resolve issues as they arise.
  • 7Repair and maintain boilers, water heaters, and water distribution systems.
  • 8Follow preventive maintenance schedules and document all work in logs.
  • 9Diagnose machine issues with supervisors and team members, then implement corrective actions.
  • 10Maintain the physical structure through painting, minor structural repairs, and other fixes.

Requirements7

  • 1High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 22+ years of technical school training or 5+ years related experience in distribution or manufacturing.
  • 32+ years as a Maintenance Technician.
  • 4Basic understanding of refrigeration, plumbing, welding, hydraulics, and facility maintenance.
  • 5Ability to read and interpret mechanical diagrams and electrical schematics.
  • 6Technical skills in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, and computer controls.
  • 7Knowledge of safety protocols for working on mechanical and electrical equipment.
