The Industrial Cleaning Laborer will lead outdoor cleaning efforts across industrial sites. This merit-based role focuses on delivering quality results while maintaining a safety-first culture. You will support job site preparation and cleanup using proper equipment and techniques.
What You'll Do11
- 1Assist in industrial cleaning and job site preparation tasks
- 2Operate vac-truck and hydro blast equipment safely
- 3Load and unload materials and equipment
- 4Shovel debris and maintain clean work areas
- 5Promote safety through hazard identification and PPE compliance
- 6Organize inventory and equipment storage
- 7Support inventory management and equipment maintenance
- 8Champion safety culture by reporting unsafe conditions
- 9Perform various additional duties as assigned
- 10Drive and operate vehicles for material transport
- 11Utilize high-pressure hydro blast tools at varying pressures
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience with high-pressure hydro blast equipment
- 23-5 seasons of relevant industrial cleaning experience
- 3Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- 4Working knowledge of safety principles and procedures
- 5Strong time management abilities to meet deadlines
- 6Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders regularly
- 7Adaptability in work methods and environments
- 8Reliability to show up on time and work independently
- 9Proven ability to follow safety protocols and report incidents
- 10OSHA 10 hour certification must be completed within 60 days
- 11Commitment to continuous skill development
