What You'll Do7
- 1Convert pre-booked appointments into signed contracts within your first 90 days, hitting a 30%+ close rate
- 2Run a structured in-home consultation from first handshake to install, demonstrating tub and shower conversions and full remodels
- 3Master the product line and pricing to answer every objection with confidence and precision
- 4Track your pipeline and follow up with homeowners to keep them engaged until they sign
- 5Coordinate with the install team to ensure a smooth handoff and customer satisfaction
- 6Gather feedback from homeowners to refine your pitch and improve conversion
- 7Represent the EZ Pro Express brand with integrity in every home you enter
Requirements7
- 12+ years of in-home sales with a proven track record you can show
- 2Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
