ICT Program Manager Stellantis Detroit
Overview
Lead the planning and delivery of technology initiatives for Vehicle Allocation Inventory Management and Ordering systems. Partner closely with business stakeholders product owners and technology teams to define requirements align priorities and deliver successful solutions. Drive cross-functional collaboration manage project schedules risks and dependencies and ensure successful implementation. Translate business needs into actionable requirements through user stories business requirements process flows and acceptance criteria.
What You'll Do15
- 1Lead the delivery of technology projects and enhancements across Vehicle Allocation Inventory Management and Ordering platforms
- 2Partner with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document functional and technical requirements
- 3Translate business needs into user stories business requirements process flows and acceptance criteria
- 4Develop and maintain project plans timelines milestones and delivery schedules
- 5Coordinate activities across business development testing data integration and support teams
- 6Manage project risks issues dependencies and action items ensuring timely resolution and escalation
- 7Facilitate requirements workshops project meetings status reviews and stakeholder communications
- 8Support backlog refinement and prioritization activities in partnership with business and product teams
- 9Collaborate with technical teams to understand system integrations data flows interfaces and solution impacts
- 10Ensure requirements are communicated clearly and implemented according to business needs
- 11Coordinate testing activities including system testing integration testing User Acceptance Testing UAT and defect management
- 12Support implementation planning deployment activities user readiness and transition to production support
- 13Monitor project performance and provide regular updates on scope schedule risks and key milestones
- 14Maintain project documentation governance artifacts process documentation and implementation records
- 15Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and team collaboration
Requirements13
- 1Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration Supply Chain or related field
- 2Minimum 4 years of experience in program management project management business analysis or technology delivery roles
- 3Experience leading cross-functional projects involving business and technical stakeholders
- 4Strong requirements gathering documentation and stakeholder management skills
- 5Experience working within Agile Scrum Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments
- 6Familiarity with project management and work tracking tools such as Azure DevOps Jira ServiceNow or similar platforms
- 7Understanding of software development lifecycle SDLC processes
- 8Working knowledge of system integrations APIs data flows and enterprise applications
- 9Strong organizational analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- 10Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Sales Supply Chain Inventory Management or Ordering systems
- 11Experience participating in enterprise application implementations or system enhancement projects
- 12Knowledge of reporting data management and business process improvement practices
- 13PMP CAPM Scrum Agile or related certifications preferred
