Requirements8
- 15+ years installing and servicing HVAC systems
- 2Strong knowledge of load calculations and mini-split boiler technology
- 3Proven leadership experience managing small teams
- 4Excellent communication skills for customer interactions
- 5Ability to lift and carry 100 pounds
- 6Experience with ServiceTitan and Microsoft Office
- 7Understanding of HVAC costing methodologies
