Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field with 5+ years HR experience
  • 2Minimum 5-7 years supervisory experience with preference for nonprofit healthcare roles
  • 3Certification such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR preferred
  • 4Bilingual English-Spanish proficiency valued
  • 5Physical stamina for standing/sitting tasks and ability to travel between sites
  • 6Strong analytical skills with demonstrated success in optimizing HR processes
  • 7Expertise in AWS and React for digital transformation initiatives
  • 8Experience with performance management systems and compensation structures
