Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field with 5+ years HR experience
- 2Minimum 5-7 years supervisory experience with preference for nonprofit healthcare roles
- 3Certification such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR preferred
- 4Bilingual English-Spanish proficiency valued
- 5Physical stamina for standing/sitting tasks and ability to travel between sites
- 6Strong analytical skills with demonstrated success in optimizing HR processes
- 7Expertise in AWS and React for digital transformation initiatives
- 8Experience with performance management systems and compensation structures
- 9Understanding of unemployment compensation regulations and risk mitigation strategies
