What You'll Do23
- 1Oversee all hub operations at assigned facility locations
- 2Ensure hub facilities meet customer standards for protection protocols and security
- 3Manage storage infrastructure for DDC fleet vehicles and accommodate APR vehicle needs
- 4Coordinate vehicle reception at designated hub facilities and arrange setup
- 5Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and minor inspections
- 6Monitor vehicle uptime and address maintenance needs promptly
- 7Plan routes to maximize data collection effectiveness under varying conditions
- 8Continuously optimize routes based on performance data and collection targets
- 9Complete Dursuite tasks including driver’s hours control sheet and driving sheets
- 10Assign daily shifts and support dispatch operations across multiple shifts per day
- 11Monitor personnel performance using Samsara tool and conduct evaluations
- 12Support training and onboarding for new team members
- 13Ensure all personnel meet technical and professional qualifications
- 14Resolve conflicts and maintain positive team morale
- 15Orchestrate data handling operations according to client specifications
- 16Manage secure transportation of recorded data storage media
- 17Monitor daily data collection progress against monthly targets
- 18Provide regular reporting to Project Managers on operational status
- 19Identify and resolve operational issues proactively
- 20Compile daily and weekly performance metrics
- 21Interface with IDIADA senior management and client stakeholders

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading fleet coordination teams
- 35+ years managing vehicle storage infrastructure
- 43-5 seasons overseeing DDC fleet operations
- 55+ years implementing vehicle system updates
