The HR Data & Transformation Project Manager will lead the delivery of Hyatt global HR Evolution program by structuring execution for transition from eight legacy HR systems to a single Oracle HCM platform. This role aligns data governance conversion reporting and security activities to reduce delivery risk and ensure data integrity. The position offers unique exposure to enterprise transformation and cross functional coordination.
