What You'll Do5
- 1Maintain assigned facilities as prescribed including sweeping mopping floors dusting common areas cleaning dry erase/chalkboards and emptying trash bins.
- 2Check stocking levels of cleaning supplies and replace them when appropriate while keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens toiletries and other essentials.
- 3Respond to and complete facility service calls promptly minimizing disruptions including handling emergency issues.
- 4Perform major seasonal cleaning of carpets classrooms windows exterior porches stairs and handicap entrances.
- 5Stock cleaning supplies and replace them as needed ensuring all sanitation requirements are met.
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent with one year of housekeeping experience.
- 2Customer service experience preferred.
- 3Ability to read write and converse proficiently in English and Spanish with translation preference.
- 4Preferred qualifications include experience with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- 5Physical stamina to stand walk sit handle objects climb stairs and lift up to fifty pounds.
