What You'll Do5
- 1Mitigate customer complaints as needed
- 2Perform general bookkeeping to keep guest accounts accurate
- 3Take incoming calls handle online and in-person room booking requests and answer questions about rates availability amenities rewards programs and special requests
- 4Welcome register check in and check out guests provide keys and room numbers and record credit card information
- 5Connect with housekeeping to ensure accommodations are ready
Requirements4
- 1Strong customer service interpersonal organizational and time management skills
- 2High school graduate GED or equivalent one plus year of hotel industry experience preferred
- 3Comfortable handling telephone calls and managing stressful situations
- 4Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
