What You'll Do7
- 1Host live auction streams lasting 6-8 hours with an engaging and energetic presence
- 2Manage fast-paced auctions including countdowns to maximize urgency and sales
- 3Showcase fine diamonds and jewelry highlighting cut clarity and value
- 4Interact actively with viewers by responding to chat and handling objections
- 5Collaborate with moderators product runners and backend teams to ensure seamless auction flow
- 6Utilize retail math skills to support pricing and sales strategies during streams
- 7Moderate content and maintain a positive professional live environment
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 1 year experience in live sales hosting
- 2High school diploma or equivalent Associates degree preferred
- 3Ability to relocate and commute to Las Vegas NV 89103 for in-person work
- 4Regular attendance and ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- 5Experience with live streaming platforms such as TikTok and Whatnot
- 6Strong sales techniques and public speaking skills
- 7Knowledge and natural ability to engage customers and social media marketing
- 8Familiarity with jewelry and diamonds including the 4 Cs Carat Cut Clarity Color
- 9Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- 10Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus
