What You'll Do9
- 1Build strong relationships with guests to enhance their experience
- 2Design welcoming atmospheres that reflect Landry's brand
- 3Manage reservations and ensure smooth check-in processes
- 4Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently
- 5Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas
- 6Collaborate with kitchen staff to resolve guest concerns
- 7Drive sales through product recommendations and upselling
- 8Lead teams during busy periods to maintain service quality
- 9Implement safety protocols to protect guests and staff
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading hospitality teams
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified relevant experience required
- 5Payroll processing knowledge
- 6McCormick & Schmicks restaurant background preferred
- 7Ability to work flexible hours
- 8Strong communication skills
- 9Experience with POS technology
- 10Commitment to customer satisfaction
