Hospital Claims Team Lead – AWS Certified CPC Card
Overview
Lead a team of patient account representatives across up to 10 percent travel. Supervise daily operations and ensure efficient handling of patient accounts while maintaining quality assurance standards. This hybrid role combines office work in El Segundo CA or Lewisville TX with remote flexibility. Drive improvements in A/R & Billing processes and mentor colleagues.

- 1Build and design workflows to scale patient account management
- 2Own and ship daily operations with measurable outcomes within 90 days
- 3Lead team members and act as point of contact for queries
- 4Ensure compliance with hospital claims policies and industry standards
- 5Mentor staff and provide training on revenue cycle best practices
- 6Analyze project trends and report issues to leadership
- 7Develop policies and procedures in collaboration with other leads
- 8Send official communications to team members clients and providers
- 9Monitor compliance and maintain accurate documentation
- 10Identify process improvements and implement solutions
- 11Coordinate team building activities to foster collaboration
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or GED with 8 years of relevant experience
- 2Proven expertise in healthcare payor or provider environments
- 3Strong understanding of AWS Certified and CPC Card certifications
- 4Ability to interpret CPT HCPCS and ICD-10 coding systems in fast-paced settings
- 5Demonstrated proficiency in research and documentation for billing guidelines
