Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading cross-functional healthcare teams
- 3Healthcare certification recognized nationally
- 4Active Pennsylvania RN License with current credentialing
- 5Valid driver’s license for travel assignments
- 6Proven leadership in high-acuity environments
- 7Excellent communication skills for patient and family education
- 8Strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision making
- 9Commitment to patient-centered care philosophy
- 10Certification in palliative care preferred
- 11Experience with EMR systems including Epic and Cerner
