What You'll Do11

- 5Ensure regulatory compliance in all referral activities
- 6Manage relationships with families and referral sources
- 7Work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- 8Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems
- 9Deliver presentations to clinical and non-clinical audiences
- 10Travel to various locations including Sunday and Thursday
- 11Represent Lifted Hospice at community events
Requirements10
- 1Prior experience in healthcare hospice or palliative care preferred
- 2Background in post-acute healthcare sales or community outreach valued
- 3Strong relationship-building and communication abilities
- 4Ability to deliver presentations and educate diverse audiences
- 5Independent work style with strong planning skills
- 6Reliable driver's license and vehicle
