What You'll Do11

- 5Assess caregiver capacity and initiate preventative or rehabilitative interventions
- 6Implement infection control protocols and standard precautions during patient encounters
- 7Supervise Home Health Aides and LPN/LVNs to maintain service quality
- 8Prepare clinical notes and communicate updates to physicians and allied professionals
- 9Monitor compliance with third‑party payer requirements and coordinate billing documentation
- 10Deliver clear communication to patients families and multidisciplinary teams
- 11Drive continuous improvement of care delivery through data‑driven adjustments
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading home health nursing initiatives
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential valued
- 55+ years constructing scalable data workflows using Python and AWS
- 63-5 years implementing cloud solutions with React and Kubernetes
- 7Medical licensing required
- 8Driver’s License mandatory
- 9CPR certification current
- 10Auto Insurance in place
