Requirements11
- 15+ years managing HHA responsibilities with CPC Card
- 240 hours completed HHA certificate program
- 3Valid driver’s license with clean record
- 4Current CPR certification
- 5Level 2 background check clearance
- 6Physical examination within six months
- 7TB test or chest x-ray recent
- 8Alzheimer’s disease training completion
- 9Domestic violence awareness certification
- 10Assist with medication administration
- 11Demonstrated reliability and flexibility
