- 7Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of curiosity and continuous learning

Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of Product Management experience
- 2Proven track record of translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products
- 3Demonstrated expertise in AI-driven development using tools like GitHub Copilot
- 4Experience with BCWA certification preferred but not required
- 5Strong leadership skills to guide teams through complex product challenges
