Overview
We seek 3-4 Head Lice Technicians for our Upper East Side clinic. This is a contract position offering $20 per hour. You will provide natural heated-air lice treatments while ensuring families feel calm and confident. The ideal candidate is flexible, trustworthy, and enjoys working with children.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build rapport with families to create a calming environment
- 2Perform natural heated-air lice treatments using proprietary equipment
- 3Maintain accurate patient records and hygiene standards
- 4Drive to appointments as needed within the city
- 5Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- 6Own the treatment process from consultation to completion
- 7Scale operations by training new hires when necessary
- 8Debug any technical issues during treatment sessions
- 9Drive customer satisfaction through professional behavior
Requirements10
- 15+ years managing head lice treatments
- 2Spark and Airflow expertise for data analysis
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified cloud infrastructure knowledge
- 5BCBA credential valued
- 65+ years experience with automated systems
- 73-5 seasons leading healthcare teams
- 8Heated-air technology proficiency required
- 9Flexible availability including weekends
- 10Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
