What You'll Do11
- 1Supervise cashiers and assist with operational issues
- 2Provide direction and support to cashiers and courtesy clerks
- 3Assign store sweeps and maintain cash register supplies
- 4Ensure cleanliness in restrooms and parking lots
- 5Maintain visibility of exit doors for security and loss prevention
- 6Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks per policy
- 7Hire and train new cashiers and handle disciplinary actions
- 8Operate front‑end equipment such as registers and calculators
- 9Communicate effectively, take direction, and collaborate in a team
- 10Perform repetitive tasks, multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
- 11Lift and carry products up to 30 lbs. between 36” and 24” for up to 50 hours
Requirements9
- 1Minimum age 18 with high school diploma or GED and 1‑2 years cashiering experience plus leadership training
- 2Outgoing and friendly behavior with a positive attitude
- 3Ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- 4Proficiency with cash handling, calculators, scanners, and front‑end equipment
- 5Strong communication skills and ability to accept constructive criticism
- 6Physical stamina to lift/carry up to 30 lbs. and operate carts horizontally for up to 50 hours weekly
- 7Attention to detail and strong math skills
- 8Experience with ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow (as listed in benefits)
