What You'll Do7
- 1Cut and style hair for men and boys, delivering sharp and modern looks that drive client satisfaction
- 2Greet clients warmly and consult on their desired style, ensuring they leave looking great
- 3Build a repeat client base through exceptional service and personal connection
- 4Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following sanitation guidelines
- 5Stay current with haircut trends through ongoing paid training and apply new techniques
- 6Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient salon environment
- 7Manage appointment scheduling and cash handling as needed, supporting the front desk during busy hours
Requirements7
- 1Valid NC cosmetology or barber license (other states transferable)
- 2Flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends
- 3Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- 4Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to grow
- 5Ability to work full-time or part-time hours
- 6Experience in men's and boys' haircuts preferred but not required, training provided
- 7Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle physical demands of the role
