What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver custom color services including highlights, balayage, dimensional color, grey coverage, and toning
- 2Perform extensions based on your training and strengths, ensuring seamless blends and natural movement
- 3Guide consultations using digital tools and create personalized hair plans covering goals, maintenance, and home care
- 4Recommend services and home care products in a genuine way that builds trust without pressure
- 5Maintain timing and cleanliness to keep a polished guest experience
- 6Capture before and after photos to support rebooking and referrals
- 7Follow Pure's service standards and protocols to ensure consistency
- 8Engage in ongoing education, coaching, and feedback to refine techniques and grow your clientele
Requirements6
- 12+ years behind the chair or equivalent experience with strong foundational skills
- 2Proven experience in hair color and extensions, or advanced strength in one with willingness to grow in the other
- 3Confident in consultations and client communication
- 4Commitment to quality, professionalism, and a calm, positive environment
- 5Coachable and open to continuous education
- 6Desire to build a long-term clientele in a standards-driven salon
