What You'll Do9
- 1Build relationships with guests through friendly interactions and active listening
- 2Design and operate ordering kiosks to enhance customer experience
- 3Provide assistance to guests requiring extra help during peak times
- 4Ensure guest satisfaction by checking food quality and addressing concerns
- 5Offer kid-friendly treats and personalized service to create memorable moments
- 6Communicate feedback to kitchen and floor teams for continuous improvement
- 7Maintain clean and organized workstations according to health standards
- 8Follow established procedures to ensure consistency across shifts
- 9Collaborate with management to resolve operational challenges
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- 2Proficiency with POS systems and mobile ordering platforms
- 3Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- 45+ years experience with Spark and Airflow
- 5Certification in CPC Card preferred
- 6Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- 7Valid driver's license required for travel within Chicago area
- 8Background check clearance accepted
- 9High school diploma or equivalent minimum requirement
- 10Previous supervisory experience valued
