We seek a motivated Grounds Worker II to lead exterior maintenance at our Charlestown community. The ideal candidate will own the upkeep of lawns trees gardens and shrubbery while supporting resident comfort. - 1Build and design landscaping plans using Python and AWS
- 2Design and implement signage solutions leveraging React
- 3Lead teams in horticultural programs and tree care initiatives
- 4Drive snow removal operations across large acreage
- 5Maintain pet stations and fencing systems
- 6Assist residents with garden maintenance tasks
- 7Ensure safety compliance during exterior upkeep activities
- 8Identify plant health issues and recommend treatments
- 9Utilize Spark and Airflow for data-driven maintenance scheduling
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 3 years of landscaping experience
- 2Valid driver’s license required for vehicle operation
- 3Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- 4Flexible schedule including potential on-call assignments
- 5Willingness to attend horticulture training programs
- 6Knowledge of CPC Card certification preferred
- 7Demonstrated experience with BCBA credential valued
