General Production Worker, Metal Components & 3 Shifts
Overview
The role owns operating and supporting production lines at scale in a climate controlled facility. You will monitor lines, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure smooth flow of metal components across three shifts. You will join a hands on team focused on continuous production and reliability. This position is contract to hire and onsite in Leechburg PA.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and load continuous strips of metal components into lines according to procedures to maintain steady output
- 2Monitor production lines for proper operation and address basic issues to prevent interruptions
- 3Start new reels of components when needed to keep production flowing
- 4Monitor chemical and liquid reservoirs, verify levels, and add materials as required
- 5Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- 6Support shift handoffs with clear updates on line status and material levels
- 7Collaborate with maintenance to address line stoppages and minor equipment issues
- 8Follow established safety procedures and quality standards to protect personnel and product quality
- 9Respond to line alarms and restore production with minimal downtime
- 10Document run conditions and material usage for shift reporting
