- 6Ensure 85 percent DOT safety compliance as top priority for all team members
- 7Supervise daily to-do lists to maintain immaculate restaurant conditions and product quality
- 8Hire exceptional staff who radiate friendliness with a genuine smile
- 9Implement systems to keep stores prepared for exceptional End of Cycle results
- 10Participate actively in weekly GM meetings to align on goals and performance metrics
- 11Report all incidents promptly to District Manager and complete required documentation for insurance claims

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing multi location franchises
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential valued
- 5AWS Certified relevant experience
- 65+ years developing data driven dashboards
- 73-5 seasons overseeing large teams
- 8Lean Six Sigma process optimization background
- 9Project Management certification beneficial
- 10Strong communication skills essential for cross functional collaboration
