General Manager, Domino's Pizza & Team Leadership
Overview
Owning daily operations at a high-volume Domino's Pizza store, you'll lead a team of 15-20 crew members to deliver fast, accurate service in one of our busiest locations. Reporting to the franchise owner, you'll manage the full P&L, including labor, food costs, and inventory, while coaching and developing your crew. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic planning to drive store growth and customer satisfaction. You'll have the autonomy to implement your own systems and the support of a strong franchise network to back you up.
What You'll Do8

Requirements8
- 12+ years in restaurant management, with pizza experience a huge plus.
- 2Proven ability to lead and develop a team of 10-20 people, fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
- 3Strong financial acumen, including managing P&L, labor costs, and inventory with POS systems.
- 4Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the store operates 7 days a week.
- 5Excellent communication and coaching skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- 6Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- 7High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or hospitality preferred.
