What You'll Do8
- 1Control costs, inventory, and cash during your shift with Domino's POS and inventory tools.
- 2Staff, train, and schedule crew to meet labor targets and maintain Perfect Image standards.
- 3Execute food management and waste tracking to hit profitability goals each period.
- 4Handle customer relations for pickup and delivery orders, resolving issues on the spot.
- 5Complete paperwork including cash reports, inventory counts, and employee files.
- 6Drive store marketing through local ads and Domino's campaigns.
- 7Ensure store cleanliness and equipment operation, from ovens to coolers.
- 8Mentor assistant managers on policy and procedures for their growth.
Requirements8
- 12+ years in restaurant or retail management, with Domino's or Pizza Hut preferred.
- 2Proven ability to manage P&L, food cost, and labor cost controls.
- 3Strong math skills to calculate inventory, cash, and change accurately.
- 4High school diploma; some college or business degree preferred.
- 5Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for bank deposits and deliveries.
- 6Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 7Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
- 8Pass background check and food safety certification within 30 days.
