Overview
The laborer will own production department needs across melting casting mold preparation wheel preparation moving foundry materials facility housekeeping. Progress to basic foundry jobs based on bidding training and qualification. Work A-Shift Monday Friday 11pm 7am or C Shift Monday Friday 3pm 11pm. Complete a 90-day probationary period.

- 2Perform tasks related to melting casting mold preparation wheel preparation moving foundry materials and facility housekeeping
- 3Bid for permanent position based on performance
- 4Maintain attendance and dependability
- 5Work well with others in a team atmosphere
- 6Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally while bending and lifting standing for long periods pushing and pulling
- 7Pass respirator use exam background check and drug screen
- 8Utilize statistical process control methods
- 9Demonstrate initiative attention to detail and safety awareness
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Availability for any shift including weekends and >8 hours per day when needed
- 3Mechanical aptitude ability
- 4Experience with Statistical Process Control Methods
- 5Reliable transportation
- 6Ability to pass pre-employment health screenings
- 7Experience in metals industry preferred
