- 1Design and implement dynamic context construction strategies for RAG systems
- 2Solve challenges related to limited context versus massive schema documentation
- 3Lead the evaluation and fine-tuning of embedding strategies (dense, sparse, and hybrid)
- 4Build data pipelines that maintain real-time semantic indexing as YouTube's data evolves
- 5Mentor Senior Engineers and drive technical roadmap planning
- 6Collaborate with Google DeepMind and YouTube infrastructure teams to adopt research breakthroughs
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 25 years of experience testing and launching software products
- 33 years of experience with software design and architecture
- 45 years of experience with machine learning algorithms and tools such as TensorFlow
- 5Proficiency in SQL and understanding of vector space models and semantic search
