What You'll Do11
- 1Build and maintain accurate freight documentation and reconcile discrepancies
- 2Verify truck wheels chocked and brakes applied before departure
- 3Identify products and notify local product leaders upon arrival
- 4Monitor and report overage shortage and damaged freight
- 5Communicate delays and escalate issues during weekly meetings
- 6Answer telephone calls and resolve customer inquiries
- 7Set tone for exceptional customer service exceeding client expectations
- 8Maintain warehouse security by ensuring proper identification and safety gear
- 9Consistently achieve productivity goals with minimal overtime
- 10Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
- 11Complete self development training as directed by supervisors
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading warehouse operations teams
- 3US/Air Product ONLY experience with unknown shippers
- 4Forklift Truck license required
- 5Software proficiency including MS Excel and MS Word
- 6English language proficiency demonstrated through written and verbal communication
- 7Certified in relevant logistics or warehouse management certifications preferred
