What You'll Do5
- 1Provide end-user support for functional issues within Momentum Financials and associated financial processes
- 2Intake and investigate user inquiries incidents and system issues
- 3Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams and monitor resolution progress
- 4Create and maintain functional specification documentation and support application testing
- 5Support financial reporting accounting and system-related process improvements
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree with active TS SCI clearance and Security+ certification
- 22+ years experience with financial reporting and cloud accounting systems
- 31+ year experience with financial close activities and grant program management
- 4Ability to work onsite in Chantilly Virginia full time
- 5Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
