We seek a full-time BC/BE General Dermatologist to lead patient care and services in our physician-led environment. This role offers high volume clinical and cosmetic opportunities across multiple locations. Candidates will own their practice while collaborating within a collegial team.

- 1Build and manage comprehensive dermatology programs that exceed 30-40 patients daily
- 2Design and execute treatment plans using advanced technologies like Python and AWS
- 3Lead clinical teams and mentor staff through evidence-based practices and CPC Card certification standards
- 4Ship innovative solutions leveraging React and Kubernetes platforms
- 5Drive operational excellence by optimizing workflows with Spark and Airflow systems
- 6Develop scalable marketing strategies using BCBA methodologies
- 7Maintain compliance with Wide array of insurance regulations and professional guidelines
- 8Analyze performance metrics and improve outcomes through data-driven approaches
- 9Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient experiences
- 10Implement proactive quality improvement initiatives aligned with landscape trends
- 11Contribute to research and thought leadership in dermatological sciences
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing complex patient cases
- 3Residency in Dermatology from accredited program
- 4BC/BE General Board Certification required
- 5CPC Card certification preferred
- 6AWS Certified cloud architecture knowledge
- 75+ years experience with React frameworks
- 83-5 seasons implementing Kubernetes containerization
- 9Proven track record in high-volume clinical settings
- 10Strong communication skills for team leadership and patient education
