Own the full lifecycle of enterprise software development at Segra, a fiber-optic infrastructure leader serving 30,000+ customer locations. Build, maintain, and document complex database-driven applications using C#, JavaScript, CSS, and Python in a hybrid work model. Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business users to deliver reliable, tested solutions. What You'll Do7
- 1Design and implement complex system solutions using C#, JavaScript, and Python, ensuring modular decoupled code with Design Patterns.
- 2Write and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures for database-driven applications, optimizing performance and data integrity.
- 3Integrate enterprise applications with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and other ERP platforms to streamline business processes.
- 4Document technical designs, APIs, and deployment procedures using XML and reporting tools.
- 5Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile (SCRUM) sprints to deliver features and fixes.
- 6Troubleshoot and resolve application defects in production, analyzing root causes and implementing permanent solutions.
- 7Drive projects from requirements through deployment, taking ownership of timelines and deliverables.
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 23+ years designing and implementing complex systems with C#, JavaScript, and Python.
- 33+ years of strong SQL programming experience in database-driven applications.
- 43+ years of technical writing and documentation for enterprise software.
- 5Hands-on experience with Design Patterns, application blocks, XML, and reporting tools.
- 6Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum or similar).
- 7Ability to troubleshoot complicated problems and adapt to shifting work schedules.
- 8Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another ERP is a plus.
