What You'll Do11
- 1Define technical direction for Angular based front end platform and mentor team through hands on leadership
- 2Own end to end delivery of features from design to production while partnering with UX product and backend teams
- 3Lead adoption of AI assisted development tools to improve team efficiency and codebase maintainability
- 4Contribute to shared component systems and shape metadata driven UI framework
- 5Communicate architectural tradeoffs and delivery decisions to cross functional stakeholders
- 6Design or work within micro front end architectures using module federation and independent deployment strategies
- 7Integrate AI assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot Claude or similar into engineering workflows
- 8Drive performance optimization and state management using signals based reactivity in Angular
- 9Scale and mentor junior developers to grow technically under your guidance
- 10Collaborate globally to build products that empower network engineers and CISOs across digital ecosystems
- 11Ship high quality features with confidence through continuous improvement and mentorship
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor in STEM with 6+ years experience
- 2Production web applications with Angular TypeScript JavaScript ES6+
- 3Deliver large scale web applications or multi team front end features
- 4Front end architecture principles including component design state management performance optimization and design system integration
- 5Signals based reactivity in Angular including NgRx Signals for scalable state management
- 6Experience building metadata configurable UI frameworks that decouple data from presentation
- 7Platform as a product mindset for reusable composable front end systems
- 8Integration of AI assisted development tools into engineering workflows
- 9Experience with micro front end architectures module federation independent deployment and cross team integration
- 10Minimum 5+ years experience with Cisco systems
- 116+ years experience with Angular v20+
