- 5Accommodate guest-specific requests and modifications
- 6Ensure high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation
- 7Achieve a ticket time goal of six minutes or less
- 8Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- 9Understand overhead concepts and grasp operational details
- 10Lift and carry items weighing fifty pounds or more
- 11Stand on feet for eight hours daily
