Overview
You own the client journey at Pur Salon, from first hello to booking follow-up, in a role that blends front-desk operations with social media and event support. You manage appointments, answer calls, and post on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok while assisting with salon marketing. You work directly with the salon team in Steele Creek and act as the face of the brand. This part-time role keeps you visible in the community and lets you shape the salon's online presence.
What You'll Do6
- 1Greet clients and deliver an exceptional front-desk experience, including check-in and check-out.
- 2Answer phones and book appointments accurately using Microsoft Office tools.
- 3Post engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to grow the salon's presence.
- 4Assist with marketing and promotions, including event coordination and community activities.
- 5Attend salon events and represent Pur Salon in the local community.
- 6Manage the daily flow of the front desk, ensuring smooth operations during peak hours.
Requirements5
- 1Customer service experience in a salon, retail, or hospitality setting.
- 2Microsoft Office knowledge, including Excel and Word.
- 3Comfortable with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for posting and engagement.
- 4Positive, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- 5Ability to work some evenings and weekends, with part-time availability.
