What You'll Do11
- 1Move material in process between stations when needed
- 2Pack finished goods and apply proper labels
- 3Assist production teams with material shortages and bottlenecks
- 4Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment
- 5Complete pre-shift startup checklists and report issues
- 6Keep rough and finished goods inventory yards organized
- 7Follow all forklift safety policies and company guidelines
- 8Participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives
- 9Support cross-functional programs and meetings
- 10Maintain accurate production documentation
- 11Drive forklifts safely and efficiently
Requirements10
- 15+ years forklift operation experience
- 2High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3OSHA certification required
- 4Valid driver's license with forklift endorsement
- 5Basic math proficiency essential
- 6Inventory management skills beneficial
- 7Age 18 or older
- 8Ability to lift 50 pounds
- 9Physical stamina for standing and walking
- 10Strong attention to detail
