Overview
Operate forklifts in a high-volume warehouse in Baytown, TX, moving materials across 12-hour shifts. You'll join a team of 20+ operators under the shift supervisor, running Crown and Toyota equipment. What You'll Do7
- 1Load and unload trucks and containers with forklifts, meeting hourly throughput targets.
- 2Move pallets and materials to staging areas, scanning barcodes to update inventory systems.
- 3Stack and organize products in racking up to 30 feet high, following safety protocols.
- 4Perform pre-shift inspections on forklift equipment, reporting issues to maintenance.
- 5Coordinate with team leads to prioritize orders during peak hours, hitting 98% accuracy.
- 6Follow OSHA guidelines for forklift operation and warehouse safety at all times.
- 7Support inventory counts and help locate misplaced items during shift transitions.
Requirements7
- 11+ year of forklift operation experience in a warehouse setting.
