What You'll Do6
- 1Build maintain and scale kitchen work areas using Python and AWS
- 2Design and implement cleaning protocols that sweep mop floors steam clean garbage cans and sanitize food prep surfaces
- 3Lead supply transfers and assist with banquet setup loading unloading and product distribution
- 4Own waste removal place trash in designated containers and perform other assigned duties

- 6Drive operational efficiency by optimizing equipment usage and maintaining equipment cleanliness
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of hospitality experience
- 35+ years working with React frameworks
- 4AWS Certified professional
- 5CPC Card certification preferred
- 6BCBA credential valued
- 75+ years developing scalable utility solutions
- 83-5 seasons managing multi location operations
- 92-5 years ensuring regulatory compliance in food handling
- 101 year demonstrating leadership in fast paced environments
